•The target - to gain a prominent online presence for the interactive website for their popular CBBC series Little Robots.

•The website - the website was an interactive Flash designed site that had been live for 1 year but had no search engine based positions and therefore traffic. Searches for the programme or characters offered no Internet profile at all.

•Implementation – report and in-depth analysis, followed by on site workshops provided basic knowledge to address content and accessibility issues directly to the in-house website design team. ‘Hands on’ consultancy enabled specific parts of the website to deliver the message to search engine spiders.

•Results - all programme characters are widely profiled, as are all generic terms associated with the programme and the programme genre.

• The interactive website is found and used by the target audience.
